Silactus

Silactus was the Master of Vox for the Ultramarines warship Courage Above All during the Horus Heresy.[1]
History
It would later serve as the flagship of the massive Imperial fleet its Primarch, Guilliman, led to aid the Emperor, during the Heresy's Siege of Terra. However by the time they neared the Sol System, it was being enveloped by massive Warp energy, which prevented the fleet from safely entering the System. As they sought ways to do so, Silactus would regularly send out Guilliman's Vox messages into the System, stating that the fleet would soon come to Terra's aid. The Primarch would insist on recording a new message each time the Master of Vox did so, despite the fact that Silactus could simply have sent out a previous recording.[1]
