Sorrowful Dawn

The Sorrowful Dawn was a Knight Paladin in service with House Orhlacc during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy.[1]
History
The Sorrowful Dawn was among the Knights created for House Orhlacc after Dark Haven was brought into the Imperium. It was piloted by the Scion Ravael Orhlacc.[1]
During the Great Crusade, Ravael and the Sorrowful Dawn fought in a number of campaigns alongside the IX Legion, before being called back to Dark Haven.[1]
When the Horus Heresy broke out, Sorrowful Dawn was still among the Knights garrisoning Dark Haven, until it was mustered out as part of House Orhlacc's forces in the Battle of the Coronid Deeps. Over the course of the fighting, Sorrowful Dawn defeated at least eleven Traitor Knights of House Makabius.[1]
