Soulshard Grenade

The Soulshard Grenade is a Dark Eldar relic.[1]
Crafted from captured Spirit Stones, this grenade houses a Psyker soul that has been tortured to the point of madness. When thrown at the foe, the housing shatters and the mindless soul within latches out at the nearest thing it can find.[1]
