Sovven is a planet of the Corvus Sub-sector.
History
Records show Sovven was one a prosperous Agri-World covered in great green plains and thick forests. However the coming of the Crow's Eye devastated the planet, bathing it in deadly radiation and giving way to a famine. Great wars over remaining resources erupted among the planet's two million inhabitants, eventually driving the planetary population down to a mere thousand as forbidden weaponry was employed which scorched the planet's very atmosphere. A thousand years after these terrible events, the survivors are mutants who have descended into frenzied cannibals. Bunkers remain on the world, many of which hold deadly Exterminatus-class weaponry just waiting to be used by those who remember how to activate its power.[1]
