The '''Death Company''' is the 10th Company of the [[Blood Angels]]. Blood Angels kneel in prayer on the eve of battle to pay homage to Sanguinius. During these prayers before battle some Blood Angels succumb to the Black Rage and are formed into a single unit which is usually led by a Chapter ChaplinChaplain. The leader of the Blood Angels' chaplins is Chaplin Chaplain Lemartes.

The Death Company will fight regardless the odds against nor their injuries, in homage to the Emperor and their fallen Primarch, [[Sanguinius]]. The Death Comapny Company would rather die of their injuries in battle and have the peace of the grave than walk away victorious or defeated. Those who do survive battle are taken back to the Blood Angels home planet, [[Baal]], to die having been declared too frenzied to be controlled.
