The Codicium was thought to be lost for decades in the libraries on [[Tethys]]. It had been in truth stolen by rogue [[Inquisitor]] [[Gholic Ren-Sar Valinov]]. It was confiscated after he was taken into custody. The Codicium led Inquisitor [[Ligea]] and [[Justicar]] [[Alaric]] to the [[Trail of Saint Evisser]] and the Daemon [[Notable Chaos Characters#Ghargatuloth|Ghargatuloth]].¹
