Captain Daur normally appears to operate as a support or rear-echelon officer; supplies and logistics are his specialization and he is often given command of the reserve units of the Tanith 1st; although he has a distinguished combat record and has led sizable forces of infantry in combat.
Daur was one of the troopers who experienced visions of [[Saint Sabbat]] during the [[Hagia|Hagian]] campaign, after being stabbed in the chest during the [[Holy Doctrinopolis |Doctrinopolis]] action. Ban Daur is a handsome and athletically-built young man, tall and somewhat serious in nature.
