The conversation between ex-adept [[Corteswain]] and Tech-adept [[Phineus]] may be an indication of the Outsider. Cortswain mentions "The One who lives Beyond, the Lord of Insanity". Also, the incident of the [[Skitarii]] being turned insane and killing each other in fits of madness matches more with the Outsider than any other C'tan.
It is entirely likely, however, that this is the Deceiver as opposed to the Outsider, although such matters are entirely speculative.
