The '''Smasha Gun''' is an old [[Ork]] weapon available during [[Warhammer 40,000 2nd Edition Rulebook|Second Edition]]. It uses a continuous beam of traktor energy to grab a target and raise it into the air before turning off the beam, allowing the target to fall to the ground and hopefully take some of his friends with him when he hits the ground. Obviously the larger the target, the more effective the weapon, especially tanks and [[dreadnoughts]].¹This may or may not be the same or an older variant of the [[Stomper|Lifta Droppa]].
