I have something in mind like maybe: Headquarters/ Officers, Specialist personel, Elite troops/ veterans, Normal troops, Vehicles or something along the lines. ::::I still find extremely weak the argument that "Fast Attack" should not be used, but anyway if that's the only problem I think I will be ok with whatever names you will have for the different sections. Maybe "Veterans" instead of Elite, and similar. With the objective to finalize the table and move on, can you point to an army list that suits the background needs? Or maybe make a list of reserved words that are not to be used (like Fast Attack). I just don't want to restart the same discussion in few weeks from now when I will potentially work on more material.
