Cloud Runner grow up on a world dominated by feral clans. He was already espoused to the daughter of a [[shaman]], [[Running Deer]], but with fourteen he joined the Dark Angels having landed on the planet for recruitment and left his home and his former life behind.

Cloud Runner, now Ezekiel, became an adequate [[Space Marine]] after the insertion of the required [[implants]]. On the hive world [[Thranx]] he was involved in fights with a [[geneastealer cult]] together with [[Two Heads Talking]] -afterwards the planet was purged by the [[Exterminatus]].
During the recruitment mission every hundred years on his home planet his destiny finally came true. Also this world was enslaved by a geneastealer cult and the inhabitants had to give up their original way of life to build spaceships as condition for the invasion of further planets in industrial plants for their new, diabolic masters. After long discussion with his brothers Cloud Runner decided to start the fight for the liberation of their world without accomplishing the Exterminatus. Because of this fight not being fought for the [[Emperor]] but for the home of its humans and ancestors, they coloured their [[Terminator Armour]] white in the [[Ritual of the Deathwing]] (*) and began the battle. After lossy fights it was managed to defeat and extinct the [[geneastealers]].
Cloud Runner and the few survivors became the leaders of the surviving, non-infected natives and led them back to the way of their ancestors.
After the return of the Dark Angels to the planet with his successor as captain, [[Broken Knife]] ( who had assumed the name Gabriel), he negatived to be built into a [[Cybot]], but stayed with his folk to bring it back to its traditional way of life and to make them worthy for the recruiting of the chapter one day. At his plea the Terminator Armours kept the white coloration as memory of the dead. Cloud Runner, already at this moment very old, probably died a natural death.
