A '''Hellpistol''' is a pistol version of the [[Hellgun]] used by [[Imperial Guard]] [[Storm Troopers]]. In combat it is effectively the same as a [[Laspistol]], although it can penetrate light armour. It is also often used in tandem with a [[Close Combat Weapon]]. [[Storm Troopers]] wear large backpacks with power generators which provide the gun with its greater firepower, though these require more maintenance.
