Karandras is the most shadowy and mysterious of the Phoenix Lords, no one knows where his shrine originally lay, but it is likely that it was on one of the small [[Craftworlds]] that survived [[The Fall]] but were destroyed soon after. Karandras is not the first Exarch of the [[Striking Scorpions]]for that honour bleongs belongs to [[Arhra]] Father of Scorpions, the Fallen Phoenix that burns with the light of Chaos.

Karandras took the Murderous Nature of his predeccessor predecessor and tempered it with the patience of the master hunter.
He is able to lie in wait for his prey for days on end before finally striking and ripping his opponents apart before they are even aware of his presence. Karandras' sting is by far the most potent of any Scorpion and his fighting prowess is only matched by his fellow [[Phoenix Lords]]. Few have set eyes upon Karandras and lived to tell the tale.
Karandras was last spotted on the planet of Zandros in 928.M41 where he duelled for seventeen days with his predeccesor predecessor [[Ahra]], the outcome of the duel is unknown.
