==Secret Masters==

The note on the secret master only being from the dawn of war 2 book are incorrect. The index Astartes article on the blood ravens mentions them multiple time: "The higher echelons of command within the Blood Ravens reflect the high proportion of psykers too and many of the Secret Masters of the Chapter are themselves psykers, leading powerful units of warriors chosen from the Librarium itself." They also insisted that Azariah Vidya take the mantle of Chapter Master. I believe this shows that the blood ravens use a chapter master as both a figure head and leader, but also has a governing body of secret masters as a form of checks and balances.
