I think that that's boredering the realms of speculation. True that those who proclaim that the Emperor is just a man, albeit a powerful one, or have the progressionist attitude that many of those involved the Great Crusade had would be at the least spurned by their colleuges, and given the nature of the Imperium as it stands today, most likely have the harshest of punishments exacted upon them for being a heretic.
