Details concerning his rank and [[company]] attachment are not explicitly stated, but he frequently works with [[neophyte|neophytes]], including leading [[Scouts]] and [[Aspirants]] in taking their oath to the [[Emperor|God-Emperor]], which strongly implies is is the Chaplain of the Chapter's [[Codex_Astartes#Scout_Company|10th Company]].<sup>2</sup> The Chaplain further lectures to neophytes on the subjects of [[Rogal Dorn]], the [[Age of the Imperium|Imperial History]], and the history of the Chapter.<sup>1a</sup>
When preaching, Chaplain Lo Chang is often swept away in a bout of ecstasy and is capable of inspiring battle-brothers of the Chapter to ever-greater deeds and to embody a true son of Dorn evermore.<sup>3</sup>
