The '''Executioners''' are a [[Space Marine]] [[Chapter]] who sided with the [[Tyrant of Badab|Lufgt Huron]] during the [[Badab War|Badab Uprising]]. With Huron's defeat, they were granted the [[Emperor|Emperor's]] forgiveness, subject to undertaking a 100 year crusade, and forfeiting their [[homeworld]] to one of the loyalist chapters of the Badab War. During the Badab War, the Executioners had, for unknown reasons, sided with the [[Red Corsairs|Astral Claws]]; along with the [[Mantis Warriors]], and the [[Lamenters]].
The Executioner's designate different squad types by shoulder plate colour: Red for [[Scouts]], purple for [[Devastator Squad|Devastators]], yellow for [[Assault Squad|Assault]], and green for [[Tactical Squad]]s.
