Instead of firing a mesh that tangles enemies, but the Dark Eldar variant it shoots a monofilament mesh with razor sharp barb barbs and serration serrations along the lines thats intended to inflict .A victem caught in this mesh will be in extreme pain,because the wire tightins more on the body if the victem struggles lacerating them in the process.It is also usefull for finding weak spots on vehicles. The only downside is it's very short ranged and is more suitible for indoor fighting and places where its confined.
