In the short story '''Rebirth''' A thousand Son Sergent named Revuel Arvida was still loyal to the Emperor, and said that Knowledge is power, his crest heraldy was serpentine star set about a black raven head.This is probally the founder of the Blood Ravens Chapter,as the blod ravens have a high number of librarians, as did the thousand sons. While they also share the lust of the gaining of Knowledge.
