The current Chapter Master of the Blood Ravens and their general status varies somewhat on which ending of [[Dawn of War II: Retribution]] is considered canon (at this time there is no obvious official reckoning as to the 'true' conclusion of events). For example, Gabriel Angelos is either Chapter Master or deceased.
Related to this issue, Angelos is explicitly stated to be Chapter Master in the Blood Ravens Index Astartes article. However, this article predated Angelos being made Chapter Master in the video game series by some time and was previously considered an example of canon conflict. Another thing to consider is that Angelos has been the main figure of the Blood Ravens throughout the entire series and many fans believe that, although Retribution has multiple endings, the space marine ending is the closest to canon (in some cases simply due to the fact that the space marines are the 'main' army in the Dawn of War series).
