The Infardi, known as Ershul (Chelon that eats its own droppings) by were Chaos cultists on the Imperial GuardShrine World Hagia, were who composed the primary force opposing the Guard cultists on during the planet Worlds Crusade. They took their name from a the local word for "pilgrim ," since they practiced a debased form of worship devoted to the Chaos Gods and deriding the Cult of the Emperor. They were led on Hagia by their general Pater Sin. The loyalist inhabitants of Hagia refused to refer to the Infardi as such, instead calling them Ershul, their word for a Chelon (a large livestock animal) that eats its own droppings. The Infardi wore robes of emerald green which mocked , in mockery of the shrineworldreligious garments worn by Hagia's religion. They priesthood, and several were tattooed with Chaos runes and heretical images of the Saint Sabbat in congress with Daemons and chaos runes. They were led on Hagia by their general Pater Sin.
It is presumed that the Infardi were destroyed upon activation of the psychic amplification device beneath the Shrinehold of Saint Sabbat, save for Pater Sin, who had fled Hagia some days before.
