==Overview==
When he awoke from the [[Great Sleep]], Imotekh found his [[Tomb World]] of [[Mandragora]] in disarray, torn apart by civil war between lesser [[Necron Lord]]s. Enraged at the anarchy around him, he marshalled his own army and destroyed the chief antagonists, claiming the throne of Mandragora for himself. He has since forbade any infighting within his realm, considering it a waste of time and resources. He has since ruled the [[Sautekh Dynasty]], the most powerful of all the [[Necron Dynasty|Necron Dynasties]], with an iron fist.<sup>2</sup>
He is known to be a great strategist and perhaps the most accomplished in the galaxy, and is said to have been has never been defeated. His campaigns are known to not encompass simple worlds but entire star systems along with sectors of space. His impeccable strategies follow the logical patterns of the Stormlord with only races that abandon all sense of logic having any hope of defeating him. Amongst the only race capable of such a feat are the [[Ork]]s who remain a constant thorn to the side of Imotekh. Despite this being the case, the Stormlord is known to hold immense armies of the dynasty to call upon and is known to requisition thousands of [[Necron Warrior]]s to his war campaigns.<sup>1</sup>
