While only effective at short range, it's instantly vaporises targetseven if they wear [[terminator armour]]. Needless to say, it is also highly effective against vehicles.¹ However, like many Ork weapons, Kustom Mega Blasta is unreliable, as it is prone to overheating, which will reliably kill the greenskin. ^{1 p89}
