The ''Ardenuff'' was an [[Ork]] [[Ravager Attack Ship|Ravager-class]] attack ship that fought for [[Waaagh!]] [[Korbul]] during the [[First Siege of Perlia]] in the 920's.[[M41]]. It took part in the ambush of [[Imperial Guard]] forces arriving in the [[Perlia]]n system to relieve the embattled forces on that planet, but during the battle its engines exploded, sucking the ship into the [[Warp]]<sup>1a</sup>.
According to [[Inquisitor]] [[Amberley Vail]], the vessel's name was a pastiche of an [[High Gothic|GothicOrkish]] loan words, word roughly translating as "battle-ready."<sup>1a</sup>
