Organization
*League of Blackships*Scholastia PsykanaThe Adeptus Astra Telepathica is divided into two primarily divisions. The first is the League of Blackships which collects Psykers while the other, the Scholastia Psykana, trains Psykers for various roles in Imperium society. These two bodies are unified by the Master of the Adeptus Astra Telepathica, the supreme figure within the organization and a member of the High Lords of Terra. Below him is an advisory council consisting of several hundred officials from both the League and the Scholastia.1 During the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy the Adeptus Astra Telepathica had a third arm, the Sisters of Silence. Consisting of Blanks designed to provide security aboard the League of Blackships, control rebellious Psykers, and counter daemonic incursions, it is unknown if the Sisters of Silence still exist as of M41.
