He joined forces with the [[Imperium]] during [[Abaddon the Despoiler]]s [[13th Black Crusade]]. He led the [[Eldar]] of his Craftworld in raids on the enemy as they did not have the power to challenge the forces of [[Chaos]] head on. Eldrad met his end when he led a small force of [[Warlock]]s towards one of the [[Blackstone Fortress|Talismans of Vaul]]. His soul was eaten after he realized that it was [[Slaanesh]] inside the Talisman and he could not get out. It is unconfirmed however as to if he could be rescued, or still alive, or dead.
Eldrads supposed accomplishments include:
*Igniting the [[Second War for Armageddon]] to spare 10,000 eldar lives.
*Warning the [[Emperor]] of [[Horus]]' treachery.
*Warning the [[Iyanden]] [[craftworld]] of the [[Tyranid]] attack.
