They may not use their powers to decide matters themelves, as they have no stronger voice as anyone else. In the case of deleting articles and a dispute arises, it should be put within [[Lexicanum:Articles for DeletionCandidates]].
Admins must show a model for other users. If we want a pleasant atmosphere in Lexicanum, normal users must act the same. Admins are saying things and sometimes refurring to behavior/opinion/expressions in order to judge Lexicanum. Therefore, an admin must refain from using insulting words and think of a better way to express themselves.
