OrksPortal#redirect Stikkbombz are grenades of Ork manufacture, in the form of a stick with the explosive part at the top and the pin at the bottom. The stick handle is very useful, allowing the grenade to be easily carried stuffed down a boot or through a belt. The main reason for the popularity of the design is its brutal appearance and appropriate sense of size and power.1 From 3rd Edition onwards, both Frag and Krak Stikkbombz functioned identically to their Grenade counterparts. However, there is a dangerous variant known as the "Super Stikkbomb" available only to Orks which consists of several anti-tank devices strapped together, and can be almost as lethal to the user as to the target.1 During Rogue Trader and 2nd Edition, Orks had four types of Stikkbombz, equivalent to smoke, frag, krak and melta bombs used by humans. Besides these four they had other unique grenade types of their own, which made use of aspects of Ork culture - fungus and squigs.*1 ==Real-world reference==Explosives#Stikkbombs resemble the Model 24 "Stielhandgranate" (aka Potato masher) grenades used by German forces in World War II.1 ==Sources==*1:'Ere We Go: Orks in Warhammer 40,000*2:Imperial Armour Volume Eight - Raid on Kastorel-Novem pg. 114
