The '''Swooping Hawks''' are a highly air-mobile [[Eldar]] [[Aspect Warrior]]. They take their name from the wild hunting birds of the Eldar myths, who it was believed in ancient times would contain the spirit of a murdered Eldar and hover above their killers as a mark of guilt. The winged Aspect Warriors who take that hawk as their symbol, however, play a much more active role in their foe's destruction.{{Fn|3}}

The Swooping Hawks have the ability to launch high into the air at a moment's notice with their use of their armored wings. These are made from vibrating feather plates that incorporate small gravitic lifters, which makes them vibrate with such speed they turn into a blur of color.{{Fn|3}}
