Cybus was a firm believer in the Iron Hands ideology of the "weakness" of the flesh, and as a result had a multitude of bionic augmentations. One of the few [[Morlocks]] to survive the [[Drop Site Massacre]], Cybus helped lead the shattered remnants of the Iron Hands off [[Isstvan V]] and regroup after the death of their [[Primarch]], [[Ferrus Manus]]. He eventually led the surviving Iron Hands to the [[Strike Cruiser]] ''Sisypheum'' where they plotted their revenge against the one who had betrayed their Legion and murdered their Primarch, [[Fulgrim]].{{Fn|1}}
