The number and type of Rapid Strike Vessels varies from [[Chapter]] to Chapter, though some common designs include the [[Sword Frigate|Sword]] and [[Firestorm Frigate]]s and [[Cobra Destroyer]]s used by the [[Imperial Navy]].{{Fn|1}} It also includes designs specific to the Space Marines, such as [[Hunter Destroyer]]s, [[Gladius Frigate]]s and [[Nova Frigate]]s.{{Fn|1}} Unlike "normal" Space Marine ships, Rapid Strike Vessels typically have no Space Marines aboard.
