He fell into a deathlike state and the Abbey's [[Adepta Sororitas|holy sisters]] prayed over his body, until he arose during the vigil of the future Saint[[Canoness]], [[Sister]] [[Claire]]{{Fn|1a}}. After the vigil of Sister Claire, Adrien once again proved his indomitable resolve defending the [[Shrine of the Martyred Host ]], though his body was crippled beyond recognition. Honored by his Chapter with installation into the sarcophagus of a [[Dreadnought]], he killed many of the [[Imperium]]'s foes throughout his millenia of service to the [[Emperor]]{{Fn|1b}}. He finally met his end as a [[Venerable Dreadnought]], in battle with a legion of [[mutant|mutated]] [[Cultists]], dedicated to the [[Nurgle|Plague Lord]].{{Fn|1c}}
