Mulcebar is Captain of the [[Salamanders]] 5<sup>th</sup> Company. Mulcebar is known for having traditionalist views on psykers. He is also a historian and still speaks of the ten thousand year old [[Council of Nikaea|Edict of Nikea]], although it is ignored by most Chapters Mulcebar believes its beliefs should be remembered.
