'''Telemachon Lyras''' was a swordmaster and primary lieutenant to [[Ezekyle Abaddon]], during the [[7th Black Crusade]] and aided him in nearly destroying the [[Blood Angels]] [[Chapter]] on the planet [[Mackan]].{{Fn|1}} He was originally [[Space Marine Captain|Captain]] of the [[Emperor's Children]] 51st Company, before being captured by [[Iskandar Khayon]] during the laters quest for the ''[[Vengeful Spirit]]''. The two possessed a bitter history due to the fact that Telemachon ignored orders and went off to terrorize the civilians of Terra rather than reinforcing Khayon's company (which resulted in losses at the hands of the blood angels). During this time Khayon removed his ability to feel emotions in order to keep him in line, but Abaddon realized that like Khayon and his companions, Telemachon sought a new purpose. After Khayon restored his ability to feel emotions, Telemachon decided to stay, becoming one of the first members of the newly formed [[Black Legion]]. {{Fn|2}} He also possessed a strong gift for oratory, managing to succeed in getting the Anemnesis to express emotion (As well as serving as the herald of Abaddon.)
