'''Kargos''', known as '''The Bloodspitter''', was an [[Apothecary]] in the 8th Company of the [[World Eaters]] during the [[Great Crusade]] and [[Horus Heresy]]. A member of Captain [[Kharn]]'s command squad, he earned his nickname "Bloodspitter" for his habit of spitting blood into the eyes of his enemies in arena combat aboard the [[Conqueror (Ship)|Conqueror]]. During these bouts Kargos was often paired with the ferocious [[Blood Angels]] Captain [[Nassir Amit]]. Uncharacteristically for the World Eaters Legion, Kargos possessed a great sense of humor and wit and often used it to calm his comrades during their rages.{{Fn|1}}
