Every row is of the Hall home to ten thousand tomes. Shelves are stacked volumes, the shelves soaring a hundred meters above metres up towards the vaulted ceilings􀀎 Over the ages,the Hall has been expanded and extended many times, so thatit is now an entire complex covering many acres, with milesof corridors, levels, and rooms􀀎 Scholars, scribes, and law lordspace the time-worn floor of marble floors, while above their heads,on the antique marble.
