The Inquisitor first thought the Xeno worshipers were localized within a particular district; but when {{PAGENAME}} led a [[Deathwatch]] [[Kill-Team]] against the cult, the entire city turned upon them. After they barely escaped from the city with their lives, {{PAGENAME}} gathered reinforcements and returned to Mandall IV's capital with over a half a million soldiers to dispose of the cult. At the Inquisitor's command the soldiers laid waste to the capital city and its population; ensuring that no trace of it, ever existing remained.{{Fn|1}}
