He has a history of unconstructive edits, even if they tend to be minor(like this deletion of a comment because he was trying to deny what a book said to push a fringe point of view [http://lex.124811.xyz/mediawiki/index.php?title=Talk:Ephrael_Stern&diff=prev&oldid=321246]). He is not a native English speaker and has disrupted the flow and language of pages in addition to putting up information contradicted in various texts.
