The text it contains is pulled from the user's application form. Everything else in your request is personal opinion. The solution to interpersonal issues on a Wiki is communication and consultation with other high activity users to find community norms and solutions - not asking for bannings right off the bat. Bannings are reserved for those who are vandalising, spamming, or otherwise overtly damaging the encyclopedia - backed up with concrete examples.
