You're saying in '''Palatine Phoenix''' that it says the 2nd Primarch was found early in the Heresy and the 11th later? If that's the case why doesn't the '''Palatine Phoenix''' include this information? Reading the book, all it seems to say is that the 2nd is active at the time of the book.
