The image you used his not exactly Raven Guard, the color sceme look good but the symbol his blood angel

In addition to the previous note about the image, the shoulder color shown is red. The raven guard use red for thier assault squads. Granted you can field an assault squad without jump packs, however the marine shown has the arrow emblem designating him as a member of a tactical squad which uses the green shoulderpad.
