A '''Gang''' is a group of citizens of the [[Imperium]] who do not follow the laws of the Imperium. Gangers are citizens in a gane. Most gangers live in the lowest depths of a [[Hive]], and mostly come from a poor family backround. Others are from familes with criminal records. In general gangers are criminals who break laws and cause problems, usually for money or notoriety. Some gangers are from the nobility of a planet or from [[Planetary Lords]]. Ironically, almost all gangers arrested by the planet's [[PDF]] regiments, or by the [[Adeptus Arbites]] usually join the regiment, or be condemed to a [[Penal Legion]].
