Though the meeting between them was tense, Thade eventually complied with the [[Imperium]]'s orders and relinquished his Chapter's possessions to the Sable Swords. Afterwards, Thade asked what was to become of him and the few remaining Astral Knights he commanded , and {{PAGENAME}} Daegan convinced them to embark on a [[Crusade]]; where they would spend the remainder of their lives fighting the Imperium's enemies{{Fn|1}}.
