The '''''Merciless''''' was a [[Grand Cruiser]], formally of the [[Imperial Navy]]; before its crew was corrupted by the [[heretic]] [[Bulgor Hyrk]]{{Fn|1a1}}. In the  After taking control of the ''Merciless'', Hyrk began to travel to the planet [[Sarthis Majoris]], in the [[Eye of Terror]]{{Fn|1b}}, when he was intercepted by the [[Ordo Malleus]] ship the ''[[Obsidian Sky]]''. The Sky teleported a A squad of Grey Knights teleported onto the ''Merciless'' led by [[Justicar]] [[Alaric]]{{Fn|1a}}, who fought through the corrupted crew to reach Hyrk. Once they reached the him, they defeated the heretic and took him prisoner, before returning back to the ''Obsidian Sky''.{{Fn|1b1}}.  Once Hyrk was off the ''Merciless'', the Imperial Navy arrived and destroyed the corrupted ship.{{Fn|1a1}}
