Are we REALLY sure that information added here from the 'http://steelconfessors.angelfire.com' is appropriate or it is just a fan made site and background? Also - were to find a confirmation that information stated as 'Index Astartes Steel Confessors — Games Day 2005 Battle for Kalevala leaflet' and 'http://uk.games-workshop.com/gamesday/2005season/images/arena/steelconfessor.jpg' real if these pages are outdated (and cann't be opened even with webarchive help). The same (!) about the picture of main Armour (No Source at all) and symbol (is this 'http://www.redbubble.com' - really was one of the official GW sites? I doubt it). The Steel Confessors Chapter gained notoriety at the [[Games Day]] & [[Golden Demon]] event at the NEC, [[Birmingham]], England, in 2005, when they were featured in the Warhammer 40,000 mega-battle, ''The Battle for Kalevala''; also displayed were a life-sized statue of a Steel Confessor [[Tactical Marine]], a [[Terminator]]'s helmet and a [[Bolter]].{{Fn|1}}
The Steel Confessors wear metallic silver colored power armour. It had bone colored shoulders which where trimmed in dark green and bone colored knees as well. Their motif is a black cross surmounted in the middle by a lightning bolt in a red circle.{{Fn|2}}
