Scyrak the Slaughterer is an ancient member of the World Eaters, who has personally butchered over a million souls of the Imperium in Khorne's name since the Horus Heresy. Standing taller than even his giant World Eaters brethren, Scyrak seems almost Ogryn-like in nature and can ignore pain that would fell lesser warriors. Wielding a Chainaxe and The Axe Morr'Akhash, a Daemon weapon, Scyrak's constant warfare has left his armour caked in the blood of his victims; and his blood-soaked visage is enough to terrify most of the enemies who face him in battle.1
History
Since the Traitor Legions' failure on Terra, Scyrak has become known as an unstoppable killing machine in combat; who has fought in a million battles and has participated in the wholesale genocide of planets and solar systems. Khorne has been pleased with Scyrak's work and has granted him an enhanced healing ability, which allows him to grow damaged flesh anew, and given him a Collar of Khorne to protect him from accursed Psykers.1
These new abilities have taken Scyrak's fighting ability to new heights much to the horror of the Imperium. On the planet Brantoz, Scyrak alone survived an attack from the Phoenix Space Marine Chapter which killed an entire company of World Eaters before they could come to grips with them. Again and again Scyrak was struck down by their fire and each time he stood and charged the Space Marines. Eventually, he reached the Phoenix's ranks and killed over thirty Space Marines and two Dreadnoughts of the Chapter in his fury.1
Not even Scyrak's own followers are safe from his fury and he has been known to slaughter those of his troops who should turn away from the enemy. Even those who considered him a comrade have fallen to the Slaughterer, such as the Khorne Berzerker Ongorth Murderheart; who had fought side by side with Scyrak, at the battle for the Imperial Palace. On the Tower of Antharzis, Scyrak and Ongorth, a former Lieutenant of the World Eaters, came to blows and their former camaraderie was forgotten in their blood-lust. Though they were both seasoned warriors, Scyrak's ferocity eventually overcame Ongorth's skill and the Slaughterer took Ongorth's head, for his trophy rack, and claimed The Axe Morr'Akhash as his own.1
