Changes

We are beginning the process of slightly lightening the desktop wiki for 40K-english. Many of the dark template elements are jarring and difficult to read when used on the lighter mobile template, so we are lightening neutral colors by 30 points on the 256 RGB scale. This will take time, but is underway. The goal is to bring the desktop colors slightly closer to the colors of the mobile template which now represents over 50% of Lexicanum traffic.[[User:Bigred|Bigred]] ([[User talk:Bigred|talk]]) 14:47, 15 May 2019 (MDT)
