Well, difficult. After re-reading the passages (I did not find the Palace in RoC, somebody has?) I have to say that the way it is written for the other Chaos Gods it would rather seem, that "The Palace of Slaanesh" ''could'' indeed be the name applied to the overall domain. With the "Palace of Pleasure" at its centre. :Nevertheless at least in the Codex Chaos Daemons the title above the section always is Palace of Slaanesh.
