The '''Codex Blood Angels''' is an unusual codex in that it was printed as a series of two articles in [[White Dwarf]] magazine (issues [[WD329us|329]] & [[Wd330usWD330us|330]] (us) as ''Sons of Sanguinius''), instead of as a stand-alone publication. It is an expansion for the [[Games Workshop]] Table Top game [[Warhammer 40,000]] covering the [[Blood Angels]] [[Space Marine]]s. This article was published in 2007, and is for the 4th edition of Warhammer 40,000.
The book has XXX pages and the cover is printed in color while the majority of the book remains in black and white, although there are usually several pages of colour images of miniatures.
