Formed on a secret decree of [[Roboute Guilliman]] in the aftermath of the [[Battle of Calth]], the [[Primarch]] charged 13 senior [[Librarian]]s with the task of investigating [[Daemon]]s and other [[Warp]] phenomena so that they could be more easily combated in the future. They were eventually based in a secretary secret laboratory on [[Prandium]], but their ultimate fate remains unknown.{{Fn|1}}
